WE ARE PUMPED – Train P3 INDOOR GROUP SESSIONS ARE HERE!

BECOME THE STRONGEST VERSION OF YOU!

WHAT:

A progressive 4 week strength and conditioning program focused on increasing endurance, strength, power and overall athleticism.  Class includes an athletic, performance enhancing and injury prevention based warm-up with muscle activation and dynamic mobility drills.  The main part of the class focuses on challenging strength and power exercises performed as a circuit.  The training techniques and exercises are based on primal, at times explosive, strength moves that are selected from multiple training modalities including traditional strength training, Olympic weightlifting, martial arts, gymnastics, animal movements and other athletic bodyweight conditioning disciplines. Its likely you will travel like a beast, crawl like a crocodile, slam medicine balls, jump, throw ropes, or pop handstand push-ups and master pull ups. In Train P3 sessions you will challenge your athleticism in fun, creative and beneficial ways to improve your endurance, power and strength and help you become a more balanced and explosive athlete. This is NOT a bootcamp.  You will have an intense workout, but go at your own speed, we will never ask you to do anything you are not ready for or sacrifice form.

EVERY SIGN-UP EARNS A DONATION:
