He is extremely creative in his workouts, he pushes me harder than ever, yet makes sure we always have a great time and stay positive.
Most importantly for anyone considering working with Nerijus – everything has been done over email and skype. I’m based in London and we’ve never done a one on one in person session! It doesn’t matter where or how experienced you are, Nerijus will put together a diet and training plan that will give you the results you want. It is abundantly clear that Nerijus is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his profession. What you cannot see in a picture or observe in a video is how much he cares about each client.
Since working with Nerijus, I am remarkably stronger, have learned a great deal about connectivity and generating power, and have been free of the hip and shoulder injuries typical of pole athletes.
In the two years I have been working out with Nerijus I have completely transformed my body.
I can’t explain how much I learned from Nerijus. He is one of the most knowledgable and well-rounded trainers on the planet, and I’m not exaggerating. Not to mention being a great, inspirational coach, both as a person and as an example of what the training can do to your body. The guy is jacked beyond jacked (google Nerijus Bagdonas images). And yet he is more flexible than many yogis, and can jump higher than most athletes. It’s the complete package.
But it was not easy. Twenty minutes and eleven exercises into the workshop, when I was already feeling winded and fatigued, Nerijus declared: ‘ok, so that’s the warm-up, let’s move on to the workout!’ And move on we did, while our gracious instructor carefully checked our form, gave us modifications as necessary, and explained in detail why each exercise was so important.
