Most importantly for anyone considering working with Nerijus – everything has been done over email and skype. I’m based in London and we’ve never done a one on one in person session! It doesn’t matter where or how experienced you are, Nerijus will put together a diet and training plan that will give you the results you want. I was also fortunate enough to complete a rigorous 6 week TrainP3 program of intense training and food education. The result was nothing short of amazing. I cut nearly 5 lbs of fat, and gained nearly the same in muscle. More importantly, I learned more about my body and nutrition then ever before. With the incredible instruction, support, and coaching from Nerijus, I gained the knowledge and confidence to maintain this healthy lifestyle.
But it was not easy. Twenty minutes and eleven exercises into the workshop, when I was already feeling winded and fatigued, Nerijus declared: ‘ok, so that’s the warm-up, let’s move on to the workout!’ And move on we did, while our gracious instructor carefully checked our form, gave us modifications as necessary, and explained in detail why each exercise was so important.
I recently completed a 6 week intensive regimen, including nutritional guidelines provided by Nerijus. I lost 6 pounds of fat, gained 3 pounds of muscle and lost 3% of my body fat! And that was just SIX WEEKS! I’m eating healthy, I feel energized and I’m in the best shape of my life.
