I completely love TRAIN P3 by Nerijus.
Nerijus offers individualized, stimulating, challenging and dynamic training sessions for all levels. The workouts offer a window of opportunity for persons just getting started or those looking to enhance their current training experience. Nerijus is the best trainer I have had to date. A kind heart, a strong work ethic and a fantastic personality make him a triple threat!
For me, training with Nerijus is beyond fitness. Just being around him makes you want to be a more disciplined, humble and hard working person.

Every workout begins with a dynamic warm up. I generally hate warm ups, preferring to get right to it. But these warm ups are life-changing, awakening your body and allowing you to reach levels while working out that you otherwise wouldn’t have. I recently completed a 6 week intensive regimen, including nutritional guidelines provided by Nerijus. I lost 6 pounds of fat, gained 3 pounds of muscle and lost 3% of my body fat! And that was just SIX WEEKS! I’m eating healthy, I feel energized and I’m in the best shape of my life.
