I can’t explain how much I learned from Nerijus. He is one of the most knowledgable and well-rounded trainers on the planet, and I’m not exaggerating. Not to mention being a great, inspirational coach, both as a person and as an example of what the training can do to your body. The guy is jacked beyond jacked (google Nerijus Bagdonas images). And yet he is more flexible than many yogis, and can jump higher than most athletes. It’s the complete package.
Since working with Nerijus, I am remarkably stronger, have learned a great deal about connectivity and generating power, and have been free of the hip and shoulder injuries typical of pole athletes.
His zealous thirst for continued knowledge and growth combined with his own personal achievements have been an enormous inspiration to my career and my personal life.
I was also fortunate enough to complete a rigorous 6 week TrainP3 program of intense training and food education. The result was nothing short of amazing. I cut nearly 5 lbs of fat, and gained nearly the same in muscle. More importantly, I learned more about my body and nutrition then ever before. It is abundantly clear that Nerijus is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his profession. What you cannot see in a picture or observe in a video is how much he cares about each client.
Every workout begins with a dynamic warm up. I generally hate warm ups, preferring to get right to it. But these warm ups are life-changing, awakening your body and allowing you to reach levels while working out that you otherwise wouldn’t have. I had no idea how quickly I’d see results. In six weeks, I went from 10.52% body fat to 7.61%. I lost 4.5 lbs of fat and gained 6.5 lbs of muscle.
