I recently completed a 6 week intensive regimen, including nutritional guidelines provided by Nerijus. I lost 6 pounds of fat, gained 3 pounds of muscle and lost 3% of my body fat! And that was just SIX WEEKS! I’m eating healthy, I feel energized and I’m in the best shape of my life.
I can’t explain how much I learned from Nerijus. He is one of the most knowledgable and well-rounded trainers on the planet, and I’m not exaggerating. Not to mention being a great, inspirational coach, both as a person and as an example of what the training can do to your body. The guy is jacked beyond jacked (google Nerijus Bagdonas images). And yet he is more flexible than many yogis, and can jump higher than most athletes. It’s the complete package.
In under a year, I have gained 9 pounds and lost 2% body fat. More importantly, his balanced workouts made my chronic neck pain all but disappear. I feel strong, lean and fast. With Nerijus’ help, I have exceeded my own expectations and cant wait for my next workout!

Every workout begins with a dynamic warm up. I generally hate warm ups, preferring to get right to it. But these warm ups are life-changing, awakening your body and allowing you to reach levels while working out that you otherwise wouldn’t have. He taught me how to design my own workouts, execute exercises with proper form, avoid injury, and maintain the right diet for me. But it was not easy. Twenty minutes and eleven exercises into the workshop, when I was already feeling winded and fatigued, Nerijus declared: ‘ok, so that’s the warm-up, let’s move on to the workout!’ And move on we did, while our gracious instructor carefully checked our form, gave us modifications as necessary, and explained in detail why each exercise was so important.
I lost 10 lbs of fat, gained 5 lbs of muscle and dropped my body fat % by 4%! Nerijus is a great teacher who takes personal interest in each client and I am happy to say that my fitness journey with him is far from over!
