Fast forward to today and I have trained with Train P3 for 3 years now. Looking forward to every session, every week. No matter what we do, it is always a little different and fresh each and every day. I had no idea how quickly I’d see results. In six weeks, I went from 10.52% body fat to 7.61%. I lost 4.5 lbs of fat and gained 6.5 lbs of muscle. The food I eat tastes better than ever before and the sleep I get is deeper. I’m healthier, stronger, more confident, and I can’t seem to keep my wife’s hands off of me (not that I’m trying). I was also fortunate enough to complete a rigorous 6 week TrainP3 program of intense training and food education. The result was nothing short of amazing. I cut nearly 5 lbs of fat, and gained nearly the same in muscle. More importantly, I learned more about my body and nutrition then ever before. With the incredible instruction, support, and coaching from Nerijus, I gained the knowledge and confidence to maintain this healthy lifestyle.
But it was not easy. Twenty minutes and eleven exercises into the workshop, when I was already feeling winded and fatigued, Nerijus declared: ‘ok, so that’s the warm-up, let’s move on to the workout!’ And move on we did, while our gracious instructor carefully checked our form, gave us modifications as necessary, and explained in detail why each exercise was so important.

Every workout begins with a dynamic warm up. I generally hate warm ups, preferring to get right to it. But these warm ups are life-changing, awakening your body and allowing you to reach levels while working out that you otherwise wouldn’t have. He taught me how to design my own workouts, execute exercises with proper form, avoid injury, and maintain the right diet for me.
