Don’t like sharing? Then PRIVATE TRAINING is ideal for you, hotshot. PRIVATE TRAINING is confidential, appropriate for all skill levels and is highly recommended if you are preparing for an athletic event, are pre/post natal, or have injuries and other “special needs”.
As a PRIVATE TRAINING client you have the advantage of one-on-one health and fitness coaching. We will create a program tailored to your goals and adjust it frequently to make sure your results are BANANAS!
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING is a fitness group date where everyone gets in on the action. You will train with 2-4 individuals, selected by you or by TRAIN P3 based on your fitness level and goals.
We love SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING because something remarkable happens when people train together. You can call it camaraderie, peer pressure, adrenaline rush, competition or support. Regardless, when people workout in groups – they train harder, have more fun and get better results. It’s incredible when we see one of our private clients get in front of the group and smash all their personal records in one workout. BOO-YAH!

It’s like small group training but BIGGER! Whether you want to discover a new ab (WHOA) or get gladiator-like strength and stamina GROUP TRAINING is for you.
These sessions are a perfect compliment to your strength-training program and are ideal for athletic conditioning, metabolic acceleration and endurance training. It’s a kick-ass, beat-driven setting where you are inspired by the group, but also have the opportunity to work at your own pace (slowpokes welcome). Expect to jump, sprint, hinge, squat, push, pull, throw, climb and twist as you reconnect with your primal self. GRRAAARRR.
UPDATE ON GROUP TRAINING 2014: Group training is now held indoors at VELOCITY SPORTS PERFORMANCE NYC every Saturday at 2pm.

TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGN
Are you low on cash? Have commitment issues? Maybe you live elsewhere or spend a lot of time in the clouds. Either way, TRAIN P3 can custom design a program with whatever you have – a closet, a broom, a towel, a keg and 50 yards of latex… That is a questionable set up, but we can work with it.
We encourage you do at least 3 PRIVATE TRAINING sessions to fully understand your program before training alone. After you have completed your CUSTOM PROGRAM DESIGN, you can supplement or continue your training with LONG DISTANCE COACHING via Skype sessions.
