Train P3 is probably the most effective overall training possible. Too many training programs and trainers are overly focused on a specific area – just to get big, or just to lose fat, or just to get a nicer butt…whatever. Nerijus has designed a program that will give it all – strength, flexibility, power, and explosiveness. You’ll build muscle AND burn fat. 

I can’t explain how much I learned from Nerijus. He is one of the most knowledgable and well-rounded trainers on the planet, and I’m not exaggerating.  Not to mention being a great, inspirational coach, both as a person and as an example of what the training can do to your body. The guy is jacked beyond jacked (google Nerijus Bagdonas images).  And yet he is more flexible than many yogis, and can jump higher than most athletes.  It’s the complete package.

The training is difficult, but that just means it is not for the weak of heart. Weak body/lungs, no problem – he will adapt the exercises for all levels.

This may sound overly gushy, but I can assure you it is for good reason. Beyond all of these things, Nerijus is honestly just a really great person. Stop wasting your time and money elsewhere.

[two_third] There aren’t enough great things I can say about TrainP3! I came to Nerijus about two years ago after a bad rotator cuff injury left me with a lot of pain and muscle imbalance. With the utmost patience, intelligence, and encouragement, he worked with me through my recovery and helped me to identify areas of weakness that contributed to my injury in the first place.

Since then, he’s helped me become a more powerful athlete in so many areas.

Just hit my one year anniversary with Train P3. Great class for someone looking to add to their weekly work-out schedule to get better results.  Should be relatively fit, but as long as you are willing to put in the effort it accommodates all levels.

Nerijus is ridiculously nice as well as the best trainer I have ever worked with. It’s nice to learn the why behind every movement. Nerijus focuses on motivation through knowledge and inspiration.

[two_third]I have generally maintained an active lifestyle throughout the years and, as a former Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, I’ve had my fair share of formal exercises and weight training.  After experiencing Train P3, however, I quickly learned that this is THE optimum way of training for results.

It was a sunny Saturday morning when I first met Nerijus at the Central Park – Train P3 Group Sessions. My ignorance had already created an impression of what he was going to be like before I had even gotten to know him. I’m glad to say that I completely misjudged him. What became very apparent in a short time is that he is a very caring individual that has a lot of love and concern for his clients and their health. I quickly befriended him.

After some time, I was fortunate to be offered a role as one of his test subjects for a 6-week program/experiment. The offer couldn’t have come to me at a better time because, prior to that, I had been inactive for over three months and I had often told myself to get back into shape to no avail. On the official start date, Nerijus conducted an overall strength test which evaluated the maximum amount of repetitions I was able to do for various exercises. My results made me determined and motivated to improve.

My first week under the program was difficult on many levels. The nutrition guidelines that were provided made me rethink the way we as humans eat, and they were certainly a bit more difficult to adapt to than the workout regimen, nevertheless, equally important. I was so sore all throughout my body after the first few workouts that I learned something extremely valuable – Train P3 workout combinations are designed to equally target and engage every single muscle in your body!

After the first week, I couldn’t get enough. I found myself looking forward to hit the gym whereas before I would usually dread it. The workouts are intense for each individual exercise, but they come at short bursts leaving you no other choice to give it all you’ve got and subsequently getting the most out of each one. Because there are so many variations and types of workouts that Nerijus provides, you’ll never get bored with what you’re doing. I began appreciating the purpose and taste of foods so much more than ever before. I take my sleep a lot more serious and, when I am sleeping, it’s a much deeper sleep.

I had no idea how quickly I’d see results. In six weeks, I went from 10.52% body fat to 7.61%. I lost 4.5 lbs of fat and gained 6.5 lbs of muscle. The food I eat tastes better than ever before and the sleep I get is deeper. I’m healthier, stronger, more confident, and I can’t seem to keep my wife’s hands off of me (not that I’m trying). If you’re willing to put forth the hard work and dedication, Nerijus will guide you to the results you’re seeking.”

I was sluggish, out of breath when I went up subway stairs, my waist size was 36 inches (which was getting tight) and I was overweight. I had been in shape in the past but that had been 10 years earlier when my metabolism was faster and I didn’t worry so much about how I ate. [two_third]From time to time, at The Girl Spot, I am able to take advantage of a specialty workshop. Last weekend Judy invited Nerijus Bagdonas, Sports Performance Coach and Private Trainer, to teach us a pole specific workout regimen.

As soon as I learned of this workshop, I signed up. I have worked out my entire life but I get 
bored easily so I am always looking for new ways to improve my overall physical strength and fitness, and I was not disappointed.

Of course, prior to the workshop I took the opportunity to Facebook stalk this guy, given the fact that he is built like a diesel engine and is cute as a button. (Yes, I can use that phrase due to the fact that I am quite a bit older than he is, but anyone under 40 should not try to pull that off).

So making a mental note to tell Nerijus Bagdonas about privacy settings, and then quickly thinking better of it, I grew increasingly excited about this workshop because it was evident from looking at his photos that he didn’t just talk the talk…this guy walked the walk.

I was like a kid in a candy shop walking into the workshop this weekend. And I was not disappointed. Nerijus was friendly, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly excited for us to learn about power and explosivity, two key components that will allow me to improve my pole dancing skills.

But it was not easy. Twenty minutes and eleven exercises into the workshop, when I was already feeling winded and fatigued, Nerijus declared: ‘ok, so that’s the warm-up, let’s move on to the workout!’ And move on we did, while our gracious instructor carefully checked our form, gave us modifications as necessary, and explained in detail why each
 exercise was so important.”

This is a workout I am excited to incorporate into my own fitness regimen, while I remind myself that as with anything, I must start slow and build up. But as I move forward, I have no doubt that this is exactly the type of workout I need to reach my goals. What an opportunity for all of us at The Girl Spot to learn from the best.[/two_third]

It doesn’t matter where or how experienced you are, Nerijus will put together a diet and training plan that will give you the results you want. Nerijus and I have worked together for the last year or so, changing my training routines every 6 weeks or so, mixing in many different disciplines and running through multiple different diet plans. When we started, I weighed 82kg’s at 11% bodyfat and now I’m 88kg’s and 8% bodyfat. Nerijus has helped me achieving all the fitness goals I’ve set, re-working my diet and changing my routines to keep things fresh and exciting in the gym. I have a sports background and yet Nerijus has introduced me to things that I’ve never tried before.

With his guidance I have incorporated kettlebells, ropes, Plyometrics, speed and sprint training all delivering results and keeping me injury free.

The best part about Nerijus’s advice has been how each plan has been tailored to different goals I set myself (increase size, increase speed, improve power/weight ratio etc..). He’s always been massively motivational, helping me push as hard as I think I can go, then pushing me a little harder again. We’ve done cycles ranging from pure power lifting, unilateral training, interval sprint work and cutting for the summer and all have been amazing fun and delivered great results.[/two_third]

I’ve been working with Nerijus Bagdonas for a month now and I am still very excited about the workouts he wrote for me. Since I live in Europe we had to do it via skype, and if I didn’t understand, Nerijus would just videotape me the exercise! The workouts are varied, so you keep your body and mind in challenge and it won’t get boring, all in all you can challenge your body in a different way everytime by just adding weights, changing speed or repetitions. Each exercise that he proposes is unique but complementary to the one before and after. The progression is so perfect. The warm up is so fun, he teaches original moves that remind me of capoeira. When we work out, my legs, abs, back and arms understand very quickly that it’s gonna be hard! During the sessions I use heavy [medicine] balls with which I break the wall and ceiling (lol), Swiss ball, weights and kettlebells.

I never feel bored training with Nerijus because he creates a wonderful energy. I was so ludic and complete. After our first session I felt my body like never before. It was magical soreness for one whole week!!!
