Attention Train P3 Athletes! We are now recruiting for the next cycle of our Train P3 Transformation Challenge, slated to begin May 18th – 2015!

At Train P3 our goal is to help you become the strongest version of you.

We believe the best way to achieve that, is by by improving your performance and skills to help you become physically and mentally powerful.  Although training to have an impressive physique is not the main goal of our training, it is an expression of how healthy you are and how well you treat your body.  An athletic physique is an important part of being healthy, strong and confident; and it is a skill!  It requires one to follow a wholesome lifestyle with clean nutrition, intelligent training and adequate rest.  Unfortunately, finding this balance is not always easy; either because of time restrictions, lack of commitment, knowledge or support.

It is why we created a Train P3 6-Week Transformation Challenge.  

We put together the best of what we do at Train P3 for an intensive, informative, and transformational six-week program.  By the end of the challenge, you will not only be leaner and more athletic, but will have learned a sustainable way to take care of your body.

What you will learn in the Train P3 6-week transformation challenge:

  • How to lose fat, gain muscle, become strong and athletic and develop your best physique
  • Tools on how to take care of your body for the rest of your life
  • How you should eat for your specific body
  • How to design your own basic training program no matter what equipment you have or where you are in the world

IS THIS PROGRAM FOR YOU? DO YOU MEET THESE PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Must be able to attend all training sessions between May 18th and June 27th!  Or book private sessions to make up the dates.  Check details bellow
  • Not for someone who is not ready to dedicate 6 weeks of hard work to make long lasting changes.  – You will train 5 times a week.  3 -4 times with Train P3 and once or twice by yourself
  • Not easy – You will work very hard! But it will be worth it
  • Not a bodybuilding program – We use the same athletic, movement based, training techniques as in all Train P3 private, semi-private and group training sessions
  • Not a cookie cutter, one fits all diet – Whether you are a carnivour or a vegan, we will figure out a way you should eat, that will make you healthy, strong and lean
  • Not for complete beginner – You should be able to perform bodyweight  movements like squat, lunge, plank, push up (even if it’s on the knees).  You don’t have to be exceptionally strong, but have a reasonable body awareness and be able to understand cues.  It is important that the group can progress together and move fairly quickly.  We have a lot of information to go over.  If you continue having trouble with specific moves, you can also schedule private sessions to supplement your 6-wk program.
  • Not for someone with major injuries – If you have wrist or shoulder injuries that prevent you from placing weight on your hands or knee or ankle injuries that prevents you from going through a full range of motion in a squat, you will not get a full benefit of this program.  Wait till you are healthy to participate.

YOU WILL GET: 

  • Strength test (before and after)
  • Body composition results (taken before and after)
  • 6-week personalized strength and conditioning plan focused on fat loss, increased mobility, strength, endurance, power and overall athleticism
  • A comprehensive nutrition guide to help you find the nutrition plan that works for your unique body
  • Six 20 min weekly check-ins over the phone or email about nutrition or lifestyle will take place on Tuesdays
  • 12 semi-private sessions with Nerijus going over the program, and learning how to adjust and design your own program.  We will meet Monday and Thursday at 6:15pm – 7:30pm for 6 weeks (must be able to attend all sessions or will need to book private sessions at extra cost)
  • 6 – 12 group training sessions (take one or both they will meet on Tuesday at 5:45-7pm and Saturday at 11am – 12:15pm in Central Park)
  • Before and after pictures
  • Plus, you’ll have the support of your fellow challengers to push you along and keep you motivated

*Must attend above days or will be required to book a private session to make up the date and will have to pay for the private session.

Group Classes will be held by Bethesda fountain in Central Park (72nd street center of the park).
