SEMI-PRIVATE SCHEDULE

semitraining When people train in groups – they work harder, have more fun and get better results. It’s fun to see a private client smash personal records in one semi-private session when camaraderie, peer pressure, competition and support kick in! For group of 2-4 people with no major injuries.

PRIVATE TRAINING SCHEDULE

privatetraining Appropriate for all skill levels and is recommended if preparing for an athletic event, are pre/post natal, prefer working alone, have injuries or other “special needs.” Train P3 will design a program tailored to your needs and adjust it frequently to make sure you get great results and enjoy your training. No Pre-requisites are necessary.
