WE ARE PUMPED – Train P3 INDOOR GROUP SESSIONS ARE BACK!

Every Saturday starting February 6th till April 30th 2016

WHAT:

Train P3 Indoor Group Sessions are athletic and dynamic, movement based, full body strength and conditioning classes.  Based on a variety of bodyweight and traditional strength training disciplines this class is meant to help you increase strength and endurance, lose body fat, become more athletic, explosive and nimble.  This is NOT a bootcamp or HIIT class!  You will have an intense workout, but more importantly practice awareness, learn new skills and maintain good form.

WHERE:

This program is currently taught at Fit Factory NYC located at 153 West 27th Street (between 6th and 7th), #201 in Manhattan.

Nearest Trains: 1 / N / R to 28th St.


WHEN: 

Saturday 12:45 – 2pm   February 6th till end of April 2016.

We highly recommend that you show up at least 10 minutes before class starts to foam roll, stretch, breathe and meet other athletes. Also leave extra an 5-15 minutes to stretch, ask questions, or shower after class.

WHAT TO BRING:

Wear your awesomest athletic clothes and comfortable shoes.  We love minimal shoes, but any athletic shoe with flat sole and lateral support will work.  Gloves are optional.  Water and towels can be purchased and showers are available at the facility.  


PRE-REQUISITES:

To make sure you have the best experience in class, we suggest you get comfortable with the following skills before participating in our group sessions:

1. Maintain a deep knee bend or primal squat without pain.  If you recently had a knee surgery and cannot come down in a full deep body weight squat, Train P3 group sessions may be difficult.
2. Hold a stable plank on your hands with good alignment; stable core and natural curve in your back.  If you are having intense wrist issues, you might need to skip some stations.
3. Stand and balance on one leg while smiling 🙂
4. Have enough coordination to perform full range walking lunges (frontback and side) without trouble.
If you have any major injuries, please reach out to us before class and we will let you know if we can work around it.
